Yes, This recipe is soo healthy for every people. Broccoli is full of dietary fibres and natural antioxidant. This is a very common vegetable found in more or less every local markets and supermarket. This veggie is from cauliflower family so it looks same by the shapes but the main difference is it’s green in colour and it has more health benefits than cauliflower. It has very low calory; so it’s a very much advisable veggie by the nutritionist when someone trying to lose weight.

The vegetable is also very good for kids. but if anyone has a stomach bloating problem or if someone has hypothyroidism or Hashimoto like a disease they should always avoid eating this. I know many peoples just don’t like this supper veggie at all. But believe me, once you will try my recipe you will start to eat this veggie regularly for sure.

The basic Ingredients and veggies used in this healthy broccoli dish

It’s a Chineseness style recipe, so I used the basic Chinese ingredients which commonly used in maximum Chinese dishes. I just used lite soy sauce, brown sugar and rice wine vinegar to get a perfect clean Chinese flavour In this dish. And serve the dish with traditional Chinese style with a bowl of white steamed rice. This recipe you can make with so many different styles. Sometimes I make the broccoli veggie with Indian spices which tastes so different from this  Broccoli recipe. When I make Broccoli in Indian spices I always use carrot and potato along with it. Broccoli, carrot and potatoes taste just wonderful together and overly Indian spices Enhance its flavour more. One day I will share the Indian version of the recipe with you too.

In this recipe also I used so many veggies like carrots, bean sprouts, Bok choy and onions, ginger garlic. You can change the combination of the veggies as per your choice. Fresh or frozen green beans, Green peas also goes perfectly with broccoli in this recipe.

As I mentioned, this recipe is so much healthy and so easy to make that you must try this recipe for your family. So my request is that whether you are a vegan or not you must eat this Nutritious veggie every week or every day if you have no hormonal issues at all.

Ingredients
  • 500 grams Fresh broccoli cut into medium size
  • 1 Cup onion cut into a diced size
  • 1 Cup Carrot cut into a diced size
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh green bean sprouts
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Bok choy cut into a diced size
  • 1 Tsp Fresh chopped celery
  • 1 Tsp Fresh chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Fresh chopped ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil or any oil you like
  • 1 Tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp White pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Rice wine Vinegar
  • 1 Pinch Brown sugar and cinnamon powder mix Or as per your taste
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt Or salt as per your taste

Instructions
  1. Take a big bowl put 3 cups of chilled water or 2 cups of ice cubes into it. Now boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Blanch broccoli pieces and carrot pieces for 2 mints in very hot water then very quickly remove those pieces to an ice cold water.
  3. Heat a Fring pan or wok on high flame for1 mint.
  4. Then add oil to the pan or wok.
  5. And then very quickly add all the blanch vegetables and other vegetables, chopped celery, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, Soy sauce, Rice wine vinegar, Brown sugar and cinnamon powder mix, and salt as per your taste into the hot oil.
  6. Fry all the ingredients for just 3 to 4 mints on the high gas flame.
  7. After 3-4 mins turn off the gas flame and add 1/2 tsp sesame oil with the ingredients.
  8. Now our Broccoli stir-fry for the vegan recipe is ready to serve.
  9. Serve this dish with a bowl of steamed white Rice.
